Sunset Heights is one of El Paso's oldest and most architecturally rich neighborhoods, a hillside grid of Victorian, Mission Revival, and early-1900s homes overlooking Downtown and the border, next to UTEP. Many of these historic houses are being lovingly restored, and others are being cleared after decades in the same family — both keep our crews busy. The work here calls for a careful hand: removing old fixtures, lath-and-plaster debris, and dated built-ins from restorations, and handling full estate cleanouts of character homes packed with a lifetime of belongings. The streets are steep and narrow and lots are tight, so we stage access, protect original woodwork and tile, and carry everything out ourselves. We set aside anything of apparent value or history for owners to review, donate usable goods to nearby charities, and recycle the metal and cardboard. For student rentals near campus, we handle quick semester turnovers. Flat-rate quotes, no stair charges, and crews experienced in historic-home removals.
